These terms govern the use of the LEIZED online store (OJAV OY, Business ID 3171202-7) and all orders placed through it. By using our website, you accept these terms and agree to follow them. We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via our website. Please note that businesses are not covered by Finnish consumer protection laws.

Our online store is primarily intended for Finnish consumers, but international customers and businesses may use it with certain limitations.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All prices are in Euros (€). Non-EU customers are exempt from Finnish VAT but are responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

Special Terms for Klarna Payments & Pre-Orders

  • Klarna invoices must be paid by the due date regardless of delivery time.
  • If you need extra time, you must request an extension via Klarna.
  • Pre-order cancellation fees apply (see "Cancellations & Returns").

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In-Stock Items: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Estimated delivery 4-6 weeks (check product details).

Free shipping on orders over €100 in Finland!

Delivery Method:

  • Orders are shipped via PostNord to the nearest pickup point or parcel locker.
  • A notification will be sent via SMS with tracking details.
  • Packages in parcel lockers must be picked up within 7 days.

Unclaimed Orders: A €20 fee will be charged for return & handling costs.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

30-Day Return Policy – Items must be unused & in original condition.
Contact us at asiakaspalvelu@leized.com for return instructions.

 Defective or Incorrect Items – We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Report defects within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Pre-Order Cancellation & Return Fees

  • Under €50 → €7.90 handling fee
  • €50-100 → €10.90 handling fee
  • Over €100 → €14.90 handling fee

Pre-Order Protection: If selected at checkout, you can cancel pre-orders for free. (Updated 05.01.2025)

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:
Delays or damages caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
Temporary service interruptions in our online store.
Issues caused by third-party payment providers.

Customers must report product defects within 30 days of receipt.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be handled by Finnish courts.
