Free shipping on orders over €100!
In-stock products: Delivered within 2-3 business days. (Check product availability under "Shipping & Returns.")
Pre-order products: Estimated delivery 4-6 weeks, depending on production. Always check product-specific shipping times under "Shipping & Returns." (Pre-order items are available at a discounted price!)
Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered to the nearest Pickup point or parcel locker. You’ll receive a notification via SMS, and you can track your shipment through the PostNord app or website.
If your order is sent to a parcel locker, your notification will include a pickup code. The package will be held for 7 days.
Unclaimed Orders: A €20 fee will be charged for return and handling costs.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
30-Day Return Policy – Items must be in original condition. To request a return, email us at asiakaspalvelu@leized.com.
Defective or Incorrect Item? – We cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or a free replacement.
Report defects within 48 hours of receiving your package. After this, we cannot take responsibility for damages due to usage or storage conditions.
Returning a product within 30 days? – Customers must cover return shipping costs. Only unopened, unused, and resellable products qualify for returns.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation & return fees for pre-orders:
- Under €50 → €7.90 handling fee
- €50-100 → €10.90 handling fee
- Over €100 → €14.90 handling fee
Each pre-order is custom-made, so cancellation & return fees apply to prevent losses.
Pre-Order Protection: If you added the "Shipping & Pre-Order Protection" at checkout, you can cancel pre-orders for free. (Updated 05.01.2025)
